Default Can't install Speedtouch 530 modem

Hi,

i installed Suse 10.2 but my pc doesn't recognise my modem (speedtouch
530). i can;t connect to the internet. I downloaded a driver for linux and
followed some instructions i found on the Internet ...but still nothing

Can anyone help?????? My Iprovider doesn't give any support for Linux.

Is that one of those dual "USB-or-Ethernet" DSL modems, and if yes, did you
connect it via USB or via Ethernet?
