Evolution

I just upgraded to 10.2 from 10.1 - all went well. That is until I started
using Evolution 2.8, which despite checking the Remember Password box,
never did. Each time it checked for new emails, it asked for the password.
In some cases it crashes all together. There has been some suggestion that
this is due to something called the gnome-keyring, which has a bug when
used through KDE. I would be grateful as to any advise, solution or
timescale as to when this may be fixed.
