Default kshowmail

Hi,

Older versions of suse used to come with a nice little application called
Kshowmail.
Now it seems that the project is not maintained anymore:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/kshowmail/

I downloaded the sources and it still compiles under 10.2 and seems to work
with pop3 accounts, but when quitting the program, it almost always
crashes. If I leave it running, KDE does not shut down.

Is there any other program that does the same as this? (I need to list the
messages in a pop3 mailserver and be able to see the messages and delete
them).

I have kmail set up to download messages, but leave them in the server, so I
check the mail from home without deleting, however I sometimes want to
delete some spam messages (and kmail does not let you do this if "leave in
server" is active.

Thanks for any suggestions,

-G-
