error in sysinfo

On 10.1 I'm getting this error when selecting "My Computer"

I'm at a loss as to how to fix this, I can't find this is as a Yast package
to reinstall.

Thanks, I found that I do have it loaded as part of KDEBASE.
Unfortunately the message doesn't give a hint as to why it won't load, and I
don't see anything in a log file to tell me more... It looks like the
permissions are OK though.
