KMail: Exclude folder from notification of new messages?

Hey everyone.

In the lower right corner of my desktop there's a little icon showing an
envelope and the letter "E".
Whenever KMail fetches news mails from my accounts, this display changes and
shows me how many new messages have arrived.

I'm subscribed to several mailinglists for which I set up some filters so
that they are stored in special folders.

Is there a way to tell KMail that new messages that land in one of these
folders should not be shown as "new messages" by that little "notification
applet" (the icon described above)?

Sebastian,

open the properties of the folder you do not want to see notifictions from. Uncheck "Act on new/unread mail in this folder".
