Default Enabling and disabling software initialization at KDE startup

Hi... I've just made a fresh SuSE 10.1 x86_64 installation, and then used
amarok and kopete, but this two programs are loading automatically at
startup and I want to disable this feature. I have looked in the Control
Centre and found nothing. Also tried in the application itself but there's
no option to enable or disable the autloading at startup. Also there are
no files in the ~/.kde/Autostart directory. How can change this behaviour?

Hi
I think you will find if you right click on either icons and select
quit/exit the application. Then the next time you logout and check the
box to save the current setttings (if not already selected). Then log
back in.

Did you look at the 'session manager' settings in Kcontrolcenter? Are you
restoring last session (which had these programs running when you shut
down)?

Thanks! It was the session manager. I justa changed the "On Login"
selection to "Start with an empty session" Another part of KDE I did not
know =) Thanks again
