suse 9.2 professional

I want to ask you if it's possible to download packages from the internet
and no from the instalation cds because I don't know were's my install
cds of SuSE 9.2 professional...I want to install dia on my SuSE 9.2 but
I'd try to do by the net and the computer everytime asked me the cd to
install dia and others programs...

Yes, just edit your installation sources and add the online ones from a
local mirror, such as

http://mirrors.kernel.org/suse/i386/9.3/
http://mirrors.kernel.org/suse/update/9.3/
