Hello,
I am using Suse 10.0, Toshiba Tecra S1 notebook. I urgently need to have monitor signal in the local display and externeal device (a beam projector, I am a trainer) in the same time. When Suse starts it captures the display to the outside device when it is connected, otherwise it uses local display. But I need both working... Fn-F5 keys do not work (this is Toshiba toggling method). It worked in the 9.3 version - both displays automatically. Help please, Chris |

Does the graphics driver for the video card have a dual head function? It might have been that 9.3 saw this functionality automatically and 10 is not. If so IIRC you can have both displays show the same information instead of showing different parts of the same desktop. Would this work? J -- Pye, James Pye, chmod 007 The Ultimate Open Source |

After installation I can see both displays. Thanks again Chris |
