Hello,
working with a scanner and Xsane is fine if you just want to create jpegs, tiffs etc. But is there any way to create a PDF file out of a number of scans? I am figuring a workflow available just like with Adobe Acrobat. This Tool allows to scan a multiple-pages- document sheet by sheet and output all to a single PDF. Is there any solution available for LINUX? |

But what I want to have is an application which allows me to scan a page and convert it to PDF in one step. I am not aware that Open Office officers such a convinient workflow. |

I found a couple of URLs googling, like this one: http://dot.kde.org/977380888/1100697351/ HTH Uwe -- Novell Support Connection Volunteer SysOp Please don't send me support related e-mail unless I ask you to do so. |
