I just helped a friend install suse linux 10 64 bit on his HP L2000
notebook. The install went fine, but when he inserts a memory stick into the notebook, it does not show up in "MY Computer" or does a konquerer window pop up in KDE. The media does get mounted, since when we cd to /media, there it is under the media name. Any ideas as to what's wrong with this?? Bernie |

I just have the mounted one enabled so that it pops up when the drive/stick/card is plugged in. HTH -- Mark Twixt hill and high water N. Wales, UK Novell Support Forums SysOp |
