Default kmymoney qif import

Hi
Just started using kmymoney and I am trying to get the **** qif import to
work. I had to manually adjust DateFormat= in the
~/.kde/share/config/kmymoney2rc to recognise the hyphens in the date and
the imported file is now loaded with no problem. However when the import
takes me to the ledger the entries from the file are simply not there. I've
had a good look (I think) through the file and the profile in the config
but I cannot see the problem.

Here's the first entries from the qif file as an example:

!Type:Bank
D31-01-06
PJOHN LEWIS CHEADLE DEPARTMENT STORES.
T-38.36
^
D31-01-06
PTHE FOOT PARLOUR STOCKPORT
T-15.00
^

And this is the profile in the ~/.kde/share/config/kmymoney2rc:

[Profile-myqif]
AccountDelimiter=[
ApostropheFormat=2000-2099
AttemptMatchDuplicates=false
DateFormat=%d-%m-%yy
Decimal=.....
Description=
FilterScriptExport=
FilterScriptImport=
OpeningBalance=OpeningBalance
Thousand=\s \s
Type=Bank
VoidMark=VOID\s

[Profiles]
profiles=myqif

Any ideas?
