I have a Dell Dimension 5000 running Suse 10.0 with all updates applied,
two screens connected to a ATI Radeon 9200PCIE in xinerama mode, with the proprietary fglrx ATI driver (fglrx_6_8_0_SUSE100 (8.20.8-1-i386) that I installed with Yast I use KDE 3.4.2-5 Everithing works almost fine but the screen saver : When I leave my system with a gnome app having focus, it stats the gnome screen saver (in an unknown mode) instead of starting the kde screensaver as configured (with molecule )Although this is not a critical issue, I dislike having a system doing things I do not understand, it could lead to worse problems. Does anybody have an idea of what is going on ? Thank you. Georges |

I couldn't see how to stop the darn thing. Peter |
