Default KMail & SUSE 10

After upgrading to SUSE 10 I can't view my old mails in kmail. When I try to
open an old message I just get a blank window nothing else, not even white
inside. Some of the message do display a window with a white inside that
shows that the message has two body parts, plain text and HTML part.

Any ideas ?

Tom

Hi Tom,

Kmail from 10 should be fine with old mailboxes, I am using all my old
mail from previous versions of SuSE in 10 with no bad results, have you
had a look in the settings for kmail and made sure it is looking at the
right mailbox format?

Thanks Mark for your help. If fixed the problem by deleteing kmail config
files and restarting it.

Default KMail & SUSE 10

Same problem here, however the messages are there and I can view them with
Kate. So it seems to be a problem in kmail.
I had to go back to thunderbird.

That was the first thing I thought, but I could not find any setting where
to check this in the preferences menu. Besides, Kmail always set maildir
format by default........so I don`t know what it happens.
