Default Suse10.0 KDE Refreshing Problem

Hello

i'm using Suse 10.0 with KDE. At installation i created a logical Drive in
a extendet Partition. I gave me the Rights for Reading and Writing. But i
have still a strange Problem:
When i copy or create a Folder or File in this Partition i have allways to
press F5 to see it.

What is still wrong? With Suse 9.3 i don't have this Problem.
My Hardware is:
Abit AN7 with AAMD AthlonXP-M 2500+, 80GB Seagate HDD S-ATA, 512MB RAM,
Matrox G450.

Greetz from Germany
