Default invoicing system with open office

Using suse 9.3 with its distro
including openoffice version 2.0-pre and
kde version kdebase 3.4.0-28.2 i586
I tried unsucessfully to do this elegantly not long ago, but I really
need something failrly easy - I am not very experienced, and the other
user is much less able to get technical.

I am very much hoping that suse 10 will help, with more functionality in
(something?) an app that I can use with my limited knowledge.

This article link looks like getting very close an dwhen time soon
permits I will follow it through.

I know I was notthe only person wanting this sort of thing with kde. if
it can be done within kde (suse 10?) I woul dtry top go with that.
Otherwise, open office is generally being used. Koffice is a
possibility but fo rsome reason I could not get to install it, do not
recall now quite why. my inexperience probably.
