You might have to setup the second monitor yourself using sax, also
did
you grab the Nvidias during setup from the online update?

To try and setup the graphics again you just need to boot to the
commandline as root and run sax, at the first grub boot screen, the
one
with the countdown indicator type "init 3" without the quotes and when

it gets to the login prompt do the following:

login as root and enter the root password then type:

sax -l -r

That is a lower case "L" after the sax command, this will
re-initialise
the graphic hardware database and start with a new lowres setting of
640x480, now try and configure again, when it comes to the dual head
portion it might only see the nvidia card as one output, what you neeto do is just go ahead and add another card the same as the nvidia and

configure the second monitor on that one, you may have to edit in your

own frequency settings for the second monitor on the Nvidia but just
set them to what the manufacturer recommends.
