System Update is for upgrades. Yast Online Update is for updates. If
you
choose to ignore dependency issues in Yast Online Update, that doesn't
mean
that the dependencies don't still exist for the rpm database. You will

still see them with other programs. This simply means that Yast Online

Update will not see them.
