DB2 under 10.3

Having had to delay any upgrades to 10.3 because of problems running IBM
DB2, I am happy to report that the currently available Version 9.5 installs
and runs fine under 10.3. You still get two nonsense messages starting the
java-based Control Center but everything else seems to have been sorted
out.

NOTE: DB2 V8 and previous levels of V9 will not install on 10.3 and don't
run even when the OS is updated from a running 10.0 or 10.2 system.
