Default [BUG?]: For pftp, order of lines in .netrc matters

Using pftp softlinked as ftp

I use a ~/.netrc file with one login per line, e.g. (all on one line)

machine ftp.mozilla.org login anonymous password antoine.mechelynck@belgacom.net

No default because I want ftp to ask me when on an unknown site.

The _first_ line (i.e., if the m of "machine" is the very first character in
the file) is never used. Adding an empty line (i.e., just a linefeed) at top,
is enough to make all lines be used.

Since the .netrc was created using vim, all lines, including the last, have a
line-feed at the end.

Best regards,
Tony.
