Default Openoffice2.2

I just installed OO from
http://software.opensuse.org/downloa.../openSUSE_10.2. In
checking Impress I called up a presentation (side show) that was done in an
older version. I need to save it as a MS PPT presentation. I do not get
that option under Save As. Is this a bug I need to report or a change? If I
call up a .ppt done in Power point and do save as I get the option to save
it in Open Document or MS formats.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

That is strange as I recently installed OpenOffice 2.2 and I do have the
option to Save As MS Presentation ppt as either a document or template
under 97/2000/XP. Maybe you just missed it?

Just tried again. I loaded the .odg document, selected save as, then looked
at file type. Only choices I have are openoffice and staroffice selections.
If i Load a .ppt presentation and then do the same process, it gives me the
MS Powerpoint options. In the previous version (2.0.4) I was able to save
a .odg as a .ppt file. If I open an old .sxi document I did in Impress in
2005 and do save as I am able to select Powerpoint also. It appears to
be .odg documents only.

I'm using SUSE Linux 10.2. 2.6.18.8-0.3-default
OpenOffice_org-2.2-4.1
