chart, other than dia?

A bit off the beaten path.. but you can look at:

http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PmGraphViz

Many people put org charts on a website. Using PmWiki
and the plugin above, you can easily add an org chart.
However (!!), graphviz, which that recipe uses, doesn't
allow for too much user control with regards to how
things are arranged.... but still... it might work
for you.
