Default Groupwise PDA Connect - not seeing changes on Pocket PC

I am using the 4.5 Beta version of Microsoft ActiveSync with Groupwise PDA
Connect version 7 on my Ipaq H4350 to sync with groupwise version 6.5.6 on
a Windows XP computer. When I do a full sync either way - all of the
records are transferred. ONce the records match - if I make a change (add,
modify or delete appoinments or contacts) to groupise - the change is
picked up at the next sync on my Pocket PC. When I make changes on the
Ipaq, the changes are not made in groupise during the next sync. The log
file indicates that it does not see any changes on the Ipaq. Does anyone
have an idea what I need to check? Is this a blocked port issue perhaps?
(I didn't think so since a full forced synce works both ways).

Thnaks,

Jeff
