Default Ghostview acts like a ghost

I wanted to install Ghostview as described in the package descriptions.
I am usig opensuse v 10.1 though.

'Novell: SUSE LINUX 10.1: ghostview'

When I try to find the packages in Yast, ghostview is not there though
ghostscript-x11 is there.

Where can I find this rpm package?

A "pin ghostview" finds ./DVD1/suse/i586/ghostview-1.5-202.i586.rpm.
But the installation CD set doesn't include ghostscript. You should find it
also on ftp.suse.com and its mirrors.

ggv wasn't there either.
Installation DVD did contain ghostscript rpms though.

Did download ghostview from the following link:
http://tinyurl.com/yc6s3e

Did a right click and chose "Open with Install Software", Installation
was successful.

Surprising thing is , even though I can view the ps files by doing
Right Click and selecting "Kghostview", I don't seem to find any such
application installed in Yast.

What could be the factor? What's the difference between "Install with
Yast" and "Open with Install Software".

Kghostview is included in the kdegraphics3-postscript package.
