thunderbird and spellcheck extension

Hello,

I did a new Suse 10.1 install and am using Thunderbird 1.5.0.7.
Now I am trying to install the spelchecker "spell-nl.xpi".
After it installed in the 'extensionscreen' it suddenly disapears and no
Dutch spellchecker is installed, in the extensionscreen I don't see the
Dutch spellchecker anymore.

That is really strange because I installed Suse 10.1 before on this computer
and then it worked OK withoud any problems.

I have deleted the old .thunderbird directory and created a new one by
starting thunderbird again, this did not work and still have that problem.

Does anyone knows what to do about this?
