Kontact: problems with toolbars and menus

In News, I've had to add a separator at the start of the menu so that it
will show the first item.

Mail has a couple of items on the toolbar that have no icon. When I try
configuring the toolbars, these items are non-existent and so I can't
correct the icons. I added them in 10.0 but 10.1 seems to have screwed
things up.

If I try to add items to the Mail toolbar, Kontact crashes.

The top menu sometimes gets scrambled. In News just now I had a top line of
"File Edit View Go Go Account . . . " - the first "Go" being a dummy.
Restarting Kontact restored the correct menu.
