Same thing, how do I get a Palm Treo 650 to Synch in Suse I've tried using Jpilot but get this error: **************************************** Syncing on device /dev/pilot Press the HotSync button now **************************************** pi_bind error: /dev/pilot Permission denied Check your serial port and settings Exiting with status SYNC_ERROR_BIND Finished http://mikeenz.blogspot.com/2006/09/palm-treo-650.html |

Try synching it on /dev/ttyUSB1 or watch the output of /var/log/messages during a sync attempt to see which USB ttys it uses. It normally needs two, and the higher one is the one to sync through.
