Video on Kopete?

Starting a new thread, since this is a bit of a drift...

How is this done?

I see that kopete has a plug-in for connecting to gnomemeeting, but that
only works if the two clients can directly see each other. If either is
behind a firewall, it won't work. Is there a way to do a video chat
through the internal MSN "plumbing"? I have SuSE 10.0 and a Labtec USB
webcam.
