Hello,
I am running Suse Linux 10.0, and when I download something using ktorrent, it works fine a while, and suddently disapears. Do somebody know any workaround to solve this ? Thanks Georges |

I have no problem with BitTornado and rTorrent. They are ncurses-based (or console-mode) clients. No need to use X! -- .~. If you need a torrent client with a gui then I can highly recommend the java based Azureus. It works best with Java 1.5, but runs OK with the default 1.4.2 as well. Regards Craig |

I updated it to the latest version from the KDE-app.org site (then 1.2, I notice they have beta 1 for 2.0 there now) and have not had any issues with it. I liked the visibilty that ktorrent gave but I found it kept stopping - disappearing etc ( crashing?) However, I just continued by using bittorrent (yast) and it is flawless. Bit lean on the eye candy, but hey, it works! -- ac |
