Default rpm --rebuild for Download for X

I download a .rpm file named d4x-2.5.7.1-1.src.rpm.
It says that I have to rebuild a new rpm file for my specific Linux
Version. Now I can't use rpm --rebuild to do this. --rebuild is not a
valid parameter. How to solve this problem?
Thanks a lot.

I see. But a new problem.
It seems that the operation need some library.
Openssl & boost?
What's the difference between boost & boost-devel?

They serve different purposes. The "devel" is a library needed when
compiling programs while the other is a library needed when executing
programs.
