Default Firefox crashes when opening PDF

Hello,

Since a while Firefox crashes on me when I try to open a URL that points to
a PDF. I am using Firefox 1.0.7 from the standard distribution.

When started from a terminal, these are the error messages:
NPP_SetWindow
original_x_errhandler: (nil)
NPP_SetWindow
NPP_SetWindow
/usr/bin/firefox: line 251: 7238 Segmentatie fout $MOZ_PROGRAM
$MOZ_LANG

Can anyone point me to a solution for this?

Hi
Uninstall the package dragonegg (or remove the plugin) should resolve your
problem, dragonegg is a firefox plugin for KParts (KPdf for example) for
embedding into your Browser. I think it conflicts with acrobat reader.

Malcolm,

That did the trick. Thank you very much.
