This list is probably interesting for other people too. Maybe you should
publish it as a Wikki, so it can be permanently updated.

Some ideas to fill in the gaps:

Cisco TFTP Server
SuSE comes with a TFTP Server
For Windows you get http://tftpd32.jounin.net/

..NET
look at www.dotgnu.org and http://www.go-mono.com/

http://www.deshalbfrei.org/software:alternativen compares some more
commercial and OS projects. Maybe you can contact
(http://www.deshalbfrei.org/wiki:aktive_editoren) them for translation and
cooperation.

Never seen a reason for .NET yet.

Others:
Cisco ConfigMaker is now deprecated.
OpenGL is installed as default, although it may be software only.
Oracle, you can download the full development kit from their web site.
PDF creator, there is one in OpenOffice
Python, QT, Java are all in any distro or from the web.
WinPCap is inherent in Linux
StarNet X-Win, X is in virtually all Linux distros. On a PC I would
rather use Cygwin.

This entire list looks like someone went through their PC to see
what was installed.
