I am using OpenSuse10.2, latest patches/updates. GroupWise Client info: 7.0.2 HP 06/06/2007 (gwclient.jar) GWAPI Native Version: 7.0.2-200706060021 GWAPI Java Version: 7.0.2-200706060032 Java Runtime Version: 1.5.0_06-b05 Platform: Linux 2.6.18-0.7- default / i386 Issue is when I create an appointment, the time shows up an hour earlier that what it was set for. I have checked the PC time, it is correct. The time setting is for America/New York (I am in N.C.) When I open a command console and type date, I get the correct date/time displayed. All the of appointments currently on my calendar are one hour behind, except for the ones that will happen after Nov. 4th,, they are correct. When I use/look at/create appointments with the MS GW client, everything is correct. All of our GW environment has had the required DST patches and settings applied. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.... I am getting the same anomaly, though I'm on Ubuntu and the time shift for me is seven hours. If I look at the web interface, I see appointments that are at the correct time. If I look via the Client, everything is seven hours later than it should be. Since I'm at GMT-7 it's obvious that the client is not picking up the correct information about my time zone. The GW Client is the *only* app that has this problem. -- sknox ------------------------------------------------------------------------ sknox's Profile: http://forums.novell.com/member.php?userid=825 View this thread: http://forums.novell.com/showthread.php?t=282092 |
