Default Kernel rollback when using YaST2 System Update

I'm running the latest retail SUSE 10.0 on my Dell Inspiron 600m and must
say I love it. I only have one small problem that I'm dealing with which I
hope someone has a solution. I've updated my kernel through YOU using
susewatcher to 2.6.13-15.7-default as it was showing up as a security
patch. However, when I later run system update to update all my software,
it downloads kernel 2.6.13-15 and reverts it back. Then I get the security
warning through YOU to update to the latest kernel. Why is the System
Update YaST2 module "downgrading" my kernel?

Thanks for an help.

What repository are you using for the update?

If you are using one of the online ones or your own disks ( which
contain the original media ) it will revert back to plain 10 which is
why you are ending up with the default kernel.

This happened with 9.0 for a while w/ online update. Eventually that
problem went away. Just reject the kernel update until there's a later
rev available, then that problem should go away.
