SUSE 9.3 IPT_RECENT Problem

Is there any way that this patch:

http://patchwork.netfilter.org/netfi...tch.pl?id=2587

which was put in 2.6.12 could get back-ported to the 2.6.11 tree that SUSE
9.3 uses?
