Default RPMs for Postgres 8.0.3

Where do I find RPM's for Postgres 8.0.3 for Suse 9.3. My Suse
installation DVD contains only 8.0.1. However, the library components of
Postgres were apparently updated as part of an automatic security patch.
Therefore, I wanted to install th remaining components at the later level?

More generally, does Suse provide updated RPMs that are available outside
of security patches?
