Default Probleme beim DVD brennen.

Hallo,

You failed to see that this is an international forum where english is the language used. It is still possible that someone knowing german can help you with your problem, but it you would address much more people when all can read it. Can I help you translating or do you do this yourself?

All I can think is that the disc is not big enough or not totally campatible with the drive.
I have found that k3b is usually quite reliable. (Better than windows burning software). Maybe the media is the problem and not k3b, so try a different make of cd - I haven't had a problem with disks from Ald or Lidl and they are reasonably cheap.
I don't think the drive is a problem.
Try again with brasero and see if you get the same error.
Also check the iso is not corrupt.

(For a translator, use translate.google.com - it's pretty good) and post in both German and English in case something gets messed in the translation.)

Hello and thanks for the fast answer. The image is OK, I can it in the office burn, it is also only about 700 MT largely. The blanks are from Phillips. I will procure myself and then will again test times a new drive assembly. Many, thank you for your assistance

The image could be too large for the disk. Most disks can only take 700MB (raw unformatted). I had a similar problem with a batch of cheap 640MB discs.
If it's not too much bigger than 700meg, you may be able to get k3b to overburn the disc as an option before you start the burn process.

Oli,

if it is an IDE writer, make sure the jumper settings and the cabling are correct.
