Actually, feel free to post the name of any game you like. I'll try them myself.

First, install DOSBox. It's in the main repository, so you can just use Yast.
Then, go to: Classic DOS Games ... and start downloading to your heart's content. All of the old standards are here -- from Duke Nukem to Commander Keen to Clyde's Adventure and Revenge (personal favorites of mine) to Wolfenstein to you name it. The only problem is, you may never get any work done again.

![]() Darn, I should have told a little more clear what I want here. DosBox is a great choice, but orginally I was looking for TRUE linux based games. yeah.

(My favorite goes, "if you've ever played TiddlyPiddly, this game is just like it!!!" Ok ... what about those of us who've never even HEARD of TiddlyPiddly, much less played it???) Besides, to be honest, I prefer the old side-scrollers. I like Wolf3D, but by the time Duke Nukem 3D came out, I lost interest. Having to juggle weapons on the fly while Bad Guys are shooting at you is too much for me to keep up with. Finally, as far as I'm concerned, software is software. I don't care whether I'm running a "native" Linux application or a DOS game in a virtual box, as long as it's playable. It truly doesn't matter to me. The final result and appearance is all that matters, as far as I'm concerned. But that's just me.

World of Goo !!!
It's maintained by a 2dboy, a 2 person company that spreads it's office throughout the free wifi coffee shops of San Francisco CA USA. I have not met kids that don't like it, nor any parents, come to think of it. It's non-violent, beautifully done.
