DosBox - best choice?

Yeah... it's me again. I only love the Best stuff, ya' know...

Nope, actually I love DosBox and I know, that it provides JUST ABOUT all features I want. The only thing I am missing is some sound- as well as videorecording. For win* there was a modified version out there somewhere, but fur OpenSuse...?
Do you guys know of an equivalent/even better software for doing all kinds of crazy stuff with stolen DOS-Games?

Just realized that ScummVM is anlother great option, BUT can anyone please tell me if screen capture as well as video capture of games is possible without third party applications? If so, HOW?
