Default Front End sdlmame

Can anyone recommend a good front end that doesn't need to be compiled for sdlmame? Or a good sdlmame guide...

click install

Not really a recommendation since I haven't tried it yet, but MameExecutor is a frontend for SDLmame in the Opensuse Sofware search.

It says it's for KDE4 only, but looks pretty slick.
