Re: Sticky for WINE
most people take the time to check that exact page before posting here. a sticky could prove redundant, and it has been proven time and again that the list is often misguided(missing apps and such) it is however a good place to start. since wine seems to be a running experiment above anything else there will still be problems with apps listed as supported and some may not post said issues believing that they simply failed to follow a step and that it has nothing to do with the software. if a sticky is decided on i would recommend including a note that the generic advice given by winehq is merely a starting place in the trouble shooting process.
sorry for the longish rant would just rather not see people stop asking questions simply because the list from wine says something is supported(especially if there really is an issue with support for it)
