sauerbraten problem !! any ideas??

sauerbraten starts normally but the graphics is not right..

Are you have Compositing (Desktop effect, whatever) disabled?
What says the sauerbraten forum about this issue?

all desktop effects are off..
i could'nt find anything that could solve this problem..
i have tryed uninstall and new install from yast..

Sauerbraten worked me from the first start (with nVidia). You said that you have video drivers installed, try to hack sauerbraten config files, I can't suggest you anything else. Take a look to the wiki page, they are explaining some basic options:
cube » home.

tried almost all settings from the performance guide...
color depth improve some artifacts but the problem is still there..

Maybe there's some mess up in the sauerbraten config files. Rename /home/yourusername/.sauerbraten (hidden folder) and start Sauerbraten. It will create a new .sauerbraten folder and you can start configuring from scratch.

i uninstall sauerbraten and delete the folder..
then i install it again but the result was the same.....
also i search all folders were sauer installs and tried to erase everything i could erase..
but no luck..

tried some color depth changes and i had some improvement..
i think it may be ati driver problem. it support only 24bit..
im still googling... :-)
