What does 'again' mean?

Don't go through with the upgrade, but at the same time don't worry about the error unless it persists for several days - or keeps on happening. Mirrors get corrupt, or out of sync, and throw things like this up at random.

Remove Packman and add it back, use a different mirror.
Also set the priority of Packman to 90

As it is you will have difficulty with multi-media.

Huh, not sure what's up with that. I'm using the ftp.skynet.be mirror too
and haven't run into this. Well, perhaps another mirror. Here's a list:
