Wow, thanks. That worked out. Just one slight problem
I can update but a couple things like Dolphin and super karamba are being downgraded to 4.1.3. Should I continue?

You probably need to delete the dolphin, it must be kde4-dolphin. RC3 provides just dolphin. There is probably an option Do Not Install kde4-dolphin

sorry I couldn't answer earlier had an accident and had to go to the hospital.
Thanks caf. Everything worked fine. It uninstalled all the old stuff like kde4 dolphin and replaced everything with just plain regular dolphin and etc. Do I delete the old repos?

Sabbyman,
In your defence I have notice a annoying little thing when editing repo's is that when you hightlight a repo by clicking on it in Yast you automatically toggle enable. As in, if the repo is enabled and you highlight it it becomes disabled. I dunno if it's a bug or a feature but I find it annoying ![]() I just switch to factory repo now so I am curious how it will turn out.

Yea, real annoying indeed.
So thanks for everything caf. Everything is going sweet . The Factory repo is rock solid too. Now I'm just doing some research as to how to configure the different Desktops. I know there is a post on this already. I'm just looking for. Should have bookmarked it. ![]() Anyway, I saw the post too that you made caf on to upgrading to 4.3. Just wondering, when the official one comes out, will I have to re-download all the updates again?

If you have a cashew in the top right - ignore this section. But to get it.
Right click the desktop and Desktop Settings In Desktop Activity - Type, in the drop box select Default Desktop Containment - apply. Now on the desktop click the Cashew and Zoom Out Now you see each desktop has a configure spanner It's easy from here
