I am using a fully updated 11.1 box with kde 4.2 relesa 93. The problem is when I try to watch video on my system. Th x server freezes when I'm entering/leaving fullscreen mode. This is with the latest ATI video driver(8.573)
My xorg.log shows the following error [mi] EQ overflowing. The server is probably stuck in an infinite loop. [mi] mieqEnequeue: out-of-order valuator event; dropping. My xorg config file is absolutely vanilla, i.e. I have not added any options to the file. Does anyone have any advice/suggestions? I was wondering I should report this as a bug on bugzilla as it requires me to do a hard reboot but I am unsure as to how I file a bug (never done that before) Any help is much appreciated |
