OK, i made sure that the repo's that wre suppose to be added with the install were there, and they were. I then added the repo's for KDE 4.2.4. I used that version in Kubuntu with good success. It did not automatically upgrade the KDE. the 4.2.4 files are listed in YaST. How do I now go to 4.2.4? Do I just check off every listing and uncheck the 4.1.3?? I hope that going to 4.2.4 will patch up a few things. It did before. In Kubuntu, the majority of the upgrade and updates were handled automatically whether in the desktop or in the programs.
