You can access your windows NTFS partition with the help of

YaST > System > Partitioner

Use it to identify and edit /etc/fstab so that your windows partition is mounted with user r/w access at boot time (if not already). If you need further help on this, have a read of this guide:

Then make sure you have added support for the proprietary multimedia codecs:
