I guess you'd like it to autostart dolphin when the stick is inserted right? It does mount BUT only when you click open with dolphin or when opening from dolphin. I think this is a good solution. Microsoft systems had problems with that because nowadays much malware spread with USB sticks. So in my opinion this is not bad
