There already is Milestone 3
and to get the KDE 4.3 RC1 you just have to add appropriate repositories (if i'm correct then oss should be fine as it gets KDE packages from their Factory OSB service?).
One thing i'd like to see is the inclusion of KDE 4.
4 in openSUSE 11.2
Seeing how stable 4.3 Beta is and realizing that we will miss 4.4 only by two or three months i will miss "official" support for it but hell, thanks to OBS we won't have to wait for it till the next release
