sorry, can't help as i know very little about Redmond's OS..

anyway, i think you need to define what you mean by "install on
Windows to connect to Linux"..

like, is 'connecting' through the internet via FTP okay?...or, maybe
HHTP? or TCP/IP? or SSH? or do you wanna run a wire direct from a
windows box to a linux box? what kinda wire from what kind of
attachment point (serial, parallel, USB, firewire, ethernet--WHAT??)?
how about a sneaker-net connection?

exactly what are you trying to accomplish??

As my desktop computer I have a Windows box and I am connected to the internal network (wired ethernet).I 'd like to connect to several Linux/Unix boxes so that I can run several application, manage them but not from console.
