Users of Ubuntu in this thread (
[ubuntu_studio] Dell Studio 15 + Mobility Radeon HD 4570 - Ubuntu Forums) appear to have made this laptop play nice with Linux. I'm following both threads closely because I want to get this laptop with the same graphics configuration.
